TiM Round the Bay Race

Taste the wind, the water and the spirit of our crew on an evening sailing in two smaller ships. Having only mild and gusty wind it was a nice evening inspite the low temperature. The crew was divided into two teams. One that was against all odds (not on the CEO team that is) in a red boat and the other team in a green one.

It all started out well with the green boat towing the other since they had no motor on that one.

Well outside the port we set sail and after some tutorials on how to handle the sails we did some manouvering and then we had a few races between two fishnet flags and a portside mark which we rounded. One team wanted to say they won, and well, lets face it... With a dragging propeller on the aft the green boat did not stand a chance in the light winds.

Some pictures are attached and we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed this wonderful evening in the northern archipelagos of SkellefteƄ.
